Order Processing

We take pride in making sure your gear is right before it heads your way. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If we hit a snag or anticipate any delays in getting your order out, we will notify you within 48 hours.

Delivery Times

We proudly ship worldwide. Depending on the option you choose at checkout, here is when you can expect your gear to arrive:

Fast Shipping: Approximately 5 days for delivery.

Standard Shipping: 10 to 20 days for delivery.

Customs & Duties

For our international customers crossing borders, please note that Rockywinds is not responsible for any taxes or duties charged by your local customs office. We always do our best to minimize these where possible, but certain countries strictly enforce their customs fees.
